What happens after I submit an application?

All applicants will receive an automated response which indicates their application has been received. Candidates that have been selected for the next step will be contacted either by email or telephone. The hiring managers carefully review each and every application on a daily basis (Monday-Friday) and qualifying candidates will be contacted.


I have already submitted an application for seasonal employment this year, but I am now interested in a different job position. How do I change my job preferences?

You have the option to apply for more than one position (if available) when you are doing your online application.  If you are contacted for an interview please let us know if you have applied for more than one position in order to streamline our hiring process and ensure that you are interviewing for your top job choice.   Please contact the White Water Bay Main Office at (405) 943-9687 ext. 100 to discuss changes to your application as once it is submitted you cannot make any changes. 


Can I submit more than one application per season?

No. Applicants should only include one application per season, per desired position. If you are interested in another position, please complete a separate application for that position when you initially apply.  Your general information (name, address, etc.) can be transferred to each position you apply for, but each position has its own set of unique questions you will need to answer. 


I worked at White Water Bay previously and would like to return for the 2017 season. How do I apply?

All previous employees from the 2016 season that are eligible for rehiring will be contacted by their department manager via either email, telephone, or US Mail to discuss opportunities in the 2017 season.


What is the minimum age requirement to work at White Water Bay?

Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years or older to apply. (Some positions that require alternate age requirements are listed on their specific job descriptions)


What happens if I am 15 years of age but I’m turning 16 before the end of the season?

Applicants must be turning 16 by June 1st, 2017 to be considered for employment at White Water Bay. Applicants that do not meet this criteria will not be considered and their application will not be accepted.


I have been asked to come in for an interview. What should I bring with me?

Candidates should bring two (2) forms of Identification; the most common forms of ID are Driver’s Licenses or State-Issued ID Card, along with a Social Security Card. Passports are always accepted. What if I am interested in more than three (3) positions? 

Applicants should only apply for the top three (3) positions they would like to be considered for. All subsequent application forms will not be considered.  You may not reapply for a position once your application has been reviewed until the following calendar year.
